pisobet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify pisobet support immediately so that appropriate action can be taken.
All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified pisobet of unauthorized access prior to such activity occurring.
All deposits to your pisobet account are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. pisobet supports deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other approved Philippine payment channels as listed on the Platform at the time of deposit.
Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. In cases where a deposit is delayed, players should contact pisobet support with proof of transaction for manual verification.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, in Philippine Peso (₱). pisobet reserves the right to request full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) are typically processed within 24 hours; bank transfers (BDO, BPI, Metrobank) are typically processed within 1–3 business days. pisobet reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on an event with an obvious pricing error, or placed in circumstances that pisobet reasonably believes constitute abuse of the Platform. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the player's account balance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pisobet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pisobet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if pisobet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
pisobet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pisobet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pisobet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are suitable for accessing the Platform.
